We should finish the workflow review this week.
I will share the revised document by Friday.
Start a local recording, return to your meeting app, and let AirNote capture the conversation. When it ends, review the transcript, summary, decisions, and action items in one place.
Meetings are transcribed locally. AirNote checks the speech model and system-audio permission before it starts recording.
Open Meetings. If the local model banner appears, download the recommended model once.
On macOS, allow Screen Recording so AirNote can hear system audio from Zoom, Meet, Teams, and other meeting apps.
Reopen AirNote after granting the permission. The + button becomes available when setup is ready.
AirNote does not need a meeting link. Start your Zoom, Meet, Teams, or in-person call normally, then click the plus button in AirNote.
Click + on the Meetings page.
The Live Meeting screen opens immediately. Wait a moment while the capture status changes from starting to recording.
Return to your meeting app. AirNote keeps capturing until you explicitly end the meeting.
The live screen shows elapsed time, transcript updates, Meeting AI Chat, and capture controls. It is safe to switch back to the app where your call is happening.
We should finish the workflow review this week and share the final scope with the team.
I will prepare the action list and send it by Friday.
Watch the green Recording control and timer to confirm capture is active.
Use the microphone control to mute or resume AirNote’s meeting capture without muting your actual call.
The transcript appears as speech is recognized. You may also ask Meeting AI questions while the meeting runs.
Open Notes from the live screen whenever you want to preserve a personal observation or important context.
Click Notes in the live meeting header.
Type decisions, follow-ups, or context the transcript may not capture on its own.
Notes save automatically and are later included as context when you use this meeting’s AI Chat.
The red phone control stops the local recording. AirNote asks for confirmation so an accidental click does not end the capture.
Recording will stop and the meeting will be processed into a summary.
Click the red Leave meeting control.
Choose Keep recording if the meeting is still running.
Choose End meeting to stop capture and begin transcription, cleanup, and summary generation.
After the brief handoff screen, AirNote opens the recorded meeting and shows each processing stage above the detail tabs.
You may briefly see Wrapping up your meeting… while AirNote closes the recording.
The processing banner advances through Recording → Transcribing → Cleaning → Summarizing.
You may navigate to another AirNote screen while this runs. Keep AirNote open until processing completes.
The meeting detail page keeps the recording and every generated artifact together. Start with the Summary, then move between the five tabs.
The team agreed to complete the workflow review this week, prepare the final action list by Friday, and use a phased rollout for the client launch.
Use a phased rollout.
The wider launch follows after the first implementation is validated.
Use the audio bar to play, seek, change playback speed, or download the recording.
The Summary tab shows the generated overview and decisions. Copy it or reanalyze with extra context when needed.
Edit the title, add tags, favorite the meeting, or remove it from the main list using the controls above the tabs.
Actions & Decisions combines AirNote’s extracted follow-ups with tasks you add yourself.
Open Actions & Decisions to review follow-ups extracted from the meeting.
Tick an action when it is complete. Extracted actions include evidence, ownership, or due-date context when available.
Type into Add an action item… to add a personal follow-up that was not spoken in the meeting.

The first phase should cover the product team before wider release.
Launch in phases.
Validate the first rollout before expanding.
Friday is the handoff date.
The remaining meeting tools help you verify wording, add personal context, ask questions, and find the conversation later.
We should finish the workflow review this week.
I will share the revised document by Friday.
Search across titles, tags, summaries, notes, and transcripts.
Use Favorites, Today, Week, and Archived to narrow the list.
Open Digest when you want themes and follow-ups across several meetings instead of one recording.
Open Meetings in AirNote, click the plus button, and return to your call. AirNote will keep the recording, transcript, summary, and next steps together.
